QRU Nonprofit Organization was founded to support Idaho’s rural emergency responders by providing essential resources, equipment, and training to help them serve their communities effectively—especially in areas with limited funding and support. Our mission is to ensure that volunteer-based and under-resourced emergency response teams have access to the tools and assistance they need to protect the public and stay safe themselves. We are committed to improving the long-term health, resilience, and operational capacity of rural responders through practical aid, community engagement, and targeted support.
