At Simply Hope Family Outreach, we believe every family and teen deserves a safe place to heal, grow, and thrive. Based in Burley, Idaho, we provide free, trauma-informed programs for families and underserved youth facing life’s toughest challenges.
Our services include:
– A daily afterschool program with meals, mentorship, and life skills for teens
– Immediate crisis assessments through our Safe Teen Assessment Center (STAC)
– Case management and access to counseling referrals
– Support groups for adults navigating grief, addiction, and family stress
